Ordering Online with us is safe and secure using Lloyds TSB Cardnet either paying via the web site or telephoning us and giving us your details.
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

If you prefer, you may  send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you must inform us within seven days of receipt. Items must be returned to us by post in their original packages and you are responsible for getting "proof of postage" as we cannot be held responsible if the goods do not arrive with us. Upon receipt we will refund the cost of the goods including postage charges, or we will exchange items, but only if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the product.  All products to be returned must be carefully repacked in their original packing, a refund or exchange will only be given upon receipt of the faulty item.

 Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order

Delivery Schedule

All UK deliveries are made within 2 days sent First Class Post, TNT, Parcel Force, or any other courier chosen at the time of posting.We aim to despatch all goods within 2 working days, but in most cases, goods are despached within 24 hours.

Back Orders

 If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

 All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site
